I've thought for years that Snowbird mixes some kind of drug into their snow because I just can't get enough of that place. After recently coming across an article about substance abuse, I am convinced of my theory. It said, "Drugs (or skiing) over stimulates the pleasure center of the brain, flooding it with a neurotransmitter which produces euphoria. That heightened sense of pleasure can be so compelling that the brain wants that feeling back, again and again."
Some signs of dependence can include:
-Missing work or school due to the drug use.
-Scheduling your day around using drugs.
-Spending an excessive amount of money on the drug.
It is official, I am addicted to skiing and on cloud 9 because John is also starting have a craving for carving too.

I remember a few years ago there was a campaign to get skiers to wear helmets. The theory was that if everyone in Utah wore one then it would become a fashion statement and everyone would want to wear one. Looking at your picture makes me want to accessorize, accessorize. I think I will wear my bike helmet on my walk tomorrow just so I will look cool like you two! (Pretty impressive John-even if you are a boarder)
