A Mele Kalikimaka 80 Degree Houston Day...

Happy holidays from the land where palm trees sway.  Today we made snowmen out of sea foam and sandcastles instead of gingerbread houses.  Spending the day with our friends in the sun helped keep my mind off the fluffy white stuff falling in the mountains right now.  As the Cat in the Hat likes to say,  "The Arctic has snow. The beach has sand.  And each one is really a beautiful land..."

Looks like it is just you Northerners out at the beach today--everyone else probably thinks it is too cold. I guess I had better blog the snow tomorrow so you can enjoy our "white" stuff too! 27 degrees in the corner of my computer as I type. Love the pictures of Rissy and James!!! (And of course you and John!)
